At Grab ‘N Go, we aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met: 

● The request for a refund must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

● The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

● Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Approval

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Following approval, the refund process will commence and be automatically credited to your original payment method within 14 days. Additionally, the shipping fee will also be reimbursed.
